Class Descriptions:
*Paid Class* Tai Chi: A Chinese system of physical exercises designed especially for self-defense and meditation ($7.00 per class)
Power Hour: This total body workout incorporates a variety of high intensity activities. Power Hour is a mix of cardio including STEP. This class is designed to make you shake, sweat and smile the rest of the day. All fitness levels are welcome.
Yoga: A wholesome approach to achieving physical and mental health, happiness and tranquility. Come away from this class feeling balanced and invigorated.
20/20/20: Routine of “ 20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of weights & 20 minutes of floor exercise”.
Zumba: Part dance (belly, latin & more) and part lower body strengthening.
Buts & Guts: Aerobic weight training for your LOWER parts: trim you thighs, waist and bum.
The Mixx: Fun-paced action workout of body pump and cardio interval.
Pilates: Improve your posture, aid back problems, and strengthen your core=get taller, feel better!
Power Yoga: You can work every part of your body while improving strength flexibility, balance and coordination.
Kickboxing: This total body workout incorporates a variety of high intensity kicking and punching.
